NoRush, a band sprung from a previous Amsterdam
based Hard Rock group was founded
by Kees, Jasper & Dirk in the end of 2003. The musical direction was clear
from the get-go
which led to lots of inspiration to create own material. Their
goal? Get on stage ASAP!
After several gigs and changes in lineup the group
gradually got their own identity and
released their first demo-cd entitled “In a Hurry”.
June 2006 brought them a spot in a pre-show for “Stream of Passion” in “het
Paard van
Troje” in The Hague. From this moment on the band has become a
well known and loved
act in the hardrockscene from The Hague.
After an impressive
quantity of gigs and a memorable opening for “Thin Lizzy” it was about
time to
head to the nearest recording studio to create a new CD called “Back in Time”.
NoRush brings you their own material which is based on 2-voiced –in harmony-
guitar riffs
heavily influenced by classic rock bands from the mid-seventies till
the mid-eighties.
Together with a powerfull rhythm section and a feminine lead
vocal NoRush guarantees a
notable, breathtaking and jaw-dropping live show!
